There are so many restaurants nearby here in Tanjong and while I work during weekdays at home I often order delivery food or do take aways.

Below is my go-to places that I ordered minimum 5 times recently.

1. Chen's Mapo Tofu

• Delivery app order coming from OUE Downtown 2
• Really good, authentic mapo tofu with a bit of numbness. Mapo don is SGD 14.8
• If you don’t like mala you can go for shoyu kurobuta don (18.5) 
• Szechwan popcorn chicken is good as a side dish. Go to a set if you are 2+ ppl

2. Oven Fried Chicken

• Delivery app order coming from Telok Ayer
• There are few more Korean friend chicken places, but this place has good boneless fried chicken. Always order half and half. SGD 68

3. Two Men Bagel

• Icon Village, Tanjong Pagar
• Go-to place for weekend brunch. I usually do takeaways because during weekend it is quite crowded.
• Really thick and flavourful bagels. My favourites are LOX (SGD 17.3) and SECS (16.2)

4. Milano Pizza & Wine (closed I think)

• Good quality Italian pizza. Their sourdough pizza dough is really good. My favourite is Upside down vodka sauce Calabrese (SGD 30)
• Try Sicilian grandma pizza menus too, quite unique (SGD 30+)
