FOOL - modern wine bar with great food, from chef owner of Cloudstreet

I randomly passed by and I didn't mean to take good photos... but the food and drinks were SO GOOD. This is not a paid content, 100% my own ;) I got to know this place listed under Michelin Bib Gourmand.
"Chicken Liver Eclair" ($16) - this was one of the best! If you like foie gras, you will love this one. An awesome pair with your wine. But be careful, only when you can take chicken liver / foie gras!
"Marinated Feta" ($22) (left in the photo) - was another highlight! You can really taste the harmony of date and hot honey. Another perfect wine dish
"Flower Brab Arancini" ($16) - a hearty, perfectly fried arancini, a little guilty pleasure, but it was good!
"Crumbled Japanese Mackerel" ($42) This was ok. Maybe we had too high expectation. I like the Mackerel taste but that was a little weak (personal preference).
And of course the drinks... their wine selection was extensive and also have good wine by the glass. Price range is at higher side. I feel at least spending $150 for a good bottle of wine here.
Service - friendly and decent
Ambience - sorry I don't have photo but really modern, chic, dark, interesting seating arrangement... a little cramped but not a huge deal.
Overall... great! and two times I could get a seat without reservation... but they do take reservation :)
