Park Baeckerei or Park Bäckerei or Park Backerei- they are the same :) Whenver I passed by Icon Village I found this place doing renovation and finally they are opened!

Address: 12 Gopeng St, #01-41/42 and 52/53, Singapore 078877

Opening hours: Monday (9am-7pm), Tues to Saturday (8am-7pm), closed on Sunday

They have "German Pretzels" (ofc!), german bakeries, sandwiches, granola, coffee etc. They have tables to dine in and breakfast menu too. I think the owner is German, you will see him when you visit (therefore authentic!)

Firstly, this Brie Sandwich ($14.90) was 10 out of 10. So much ingredients (brie, walnut, apple, rocket salad, onion etc) and they balance perfect. And their bread is so good... taking about bread...

Looking at the spread of those fresh bread at the store, I had to try many.

Laugen Pretzels ($3.9) was the most standard one - chewy with the perfect kick of salt. Exactly how I wanted!

Cheese Pretzel ($4.5) oh this was my favourite. It will go with beers as well ;) or coffee... :) their cheese coating is super savoury.

Laugen Brötchen ($2.2) was simple bread roll, but super soft inside! the texture inside is superb.. I will have this with butter or spread

Schoko Roll ($4) has chocolate filling and it is more like dark chocolate... which I loved! it is not overwhelmingly sweet, just perfect.

Jalapeño Cheddar Laugen Bagel ($7.9) was super flavouraful with cheddar cheese and Jalapeño... a little salty but perfect with beer!

The pretzels are available in mini size as well, too dangerous for snacking. I personally love to have pretzels with beer, so I am so happy that there is a superb German bakery in town!

I will let you know when I get to try more menus! and here is their website if you are interested.

This is not paid content, 100% my own review!! :) :)
