I really like egg sandwiches, especially the fluffy Japanese style. There is a Japanese cafe called Takagi Coffee, originally from Osaka, Japan at 100 AM mall, Tanjong Pagar. I love their egg sandwiches!

This Egg Sandwich with Salad is $12.8 - super reasonable, it comes with salad! Neither salty or sweet, it's silky, fluffy and soft..!

They also have pancakes and other Japanese desserts but try this out if you a fan of egg sandwich.
