Haze is pretty bad these days… how do you deal with your kids?

I can really feel when I breathe outside. Even worse when I look out, I can literally see outside and windows are hazy… Is there any way I can check how bad it is every day? And what do you do for your kids? We had to wear mask for COVID now I feel my family really needs to wear mask for haze…
