When can babies swim at condo swimming pools? Is water safe and clean?
When do you let babies to swim at condo swimming pools? Our baby just passed 4 months and we want to let her play with water for 5-10 minutes. Of course we will have baby pool rings. Is the swimming pool water safe for the babies?
thank you!

In Singapore, babies can typically start swimming in condo pools as early as 6 months old, but it's essential to ensure they are supervised and comfortable in the water. The water quality in well-maintained condo pools should be safe and clean, as they are regularly treated with chlorine and undergo routine cleaning; however, it's advisable to check if the pool is declared safe for infants by the management. Always consult with a pediatrician before introducing your baby to swimming, especially regarding their health and safety in public pools.

Unless it rains, it should be fine! We let our babies swim from 4.5 months as well. If your condo has hot tub with warm water, that would be even better. Make sure to do bath / wash properly post swimming.
thank you! Usually how long did you let baby swim?
depends! Sometimes 5 mins, but less than 10 mins
We see few babies at the swimming pool, so should be OK
I prefer not to at least until 1 yr. The water could be too cold, and disinfectants won’t be good for the babies.
yes that’s why… so I wanted to try for few minutes with head out from the water..
