When is the best to use 16 weeks maternity leave? before or after delivery?

HI, I am in 32 weeks pregnant, and I am still thinking when from when I should use maternity leave. I am planning to go back to work poost 16 weeks.

Should I use it from pre-deliery or post-delivery? I am more inclined to use it post-delivery, but I am getting tired these days... it's tempting to use before delivery...

Any thought? thank you x

Hey! C-section or natural delivery, have you decided? If c-section no problem you can work till the very last date from delivery. Then you can spend more time with your baby post delivery. Don't stress, eat well and sleep well!

For me it was more tiring post delivery... try to use MC before delivery when you are not so well. Use all 16 weeks post delivery. You will not regret!
